No, the V6 bellhousing bolt pattern is different than the V8's. You might have one of the "SAE" style round bell housings on the 350, depending on which transmission you have. There are SAE bellhousings that fit the GM V8's which would adapt them to your transmission, however. Your checkbook is going to need some CPR- - - - -they're scarce and expensive!
