It is not a chatter like what would come from a TO bearing, it is a loud gear-sounding noise. It doesn’t happen when I let out the clutch, it’s when I am accelerating under load. Way too loud to be a TO bearing. Sounds more like a transmission gear noise.
At first, i thought it was caused by the rear end, but when I drove it again, it was obviously coming from the front trans area.
Makes me think I either got the flywheel in there out of balance or maybe the transmission.
I’ll try and take a video tomorrow.
I've seen starter drives gears make contact under acceleration due to worn fork, etc.
