Looks great! I did mine with ABS. Same with my rear doors, too!
WTH - your black Suburban has white interior?
I made new inside door panels for the inside of my doors on my 53 3600 3/4 ton truck. First I made a cardboard template. Then transferred that onto a piece of 1/8 th inch hardboard. Made the holes for my window crank and door handle. Then cut a the black Naugahyde and wrapped the hardboard to it. First time I’ve done this.
I think it turned out nice. Just my opinion.
