why are you using an 80 amp fuse??? for one wire????
distribute all those relays w/ separate fuse links to each relay using a 6- 8ga. (check out the entire amps in your system) off a dist block that can handle the amps off the Batt/Alternator.

you should have two 30 amp relays for each fan because of start up current draw (only).
