I am replacing the inner cowls and line everyone else have found the fitment of the lower section to be completely off. I am considering cutting off the bottom 2-3 inches like Czechman but having any luck getting that curve in the metal. If anyone can tell me how to obtain a smooth curve like he did in the attached pictures I would appreciate it. I assume you have to use metal pipe and probably start with an oversized piece of metal. I tried with a piece that was not much bigger and found out quickly it was a bear to bend. If anyone can help with a few pointers I would appreciate it. Thanks, Eric
