So one of my favorite old jokes dates back to when the show "fantasy Island" was on TV. Herve Villechaize played the little guy that was famous for the line "De plane, de plane". Anyway, that show made him a very wealthy person and he wanted to share his good fortune. He decided that he would build condos on a scale that made them better serving to "little people". Counters were lower, shower heads lower, etc. He also decided that since little people had a more difficult time finding gainful employment, he would also not charge rent. The complex was very successful.
