Woah. Slow your roll, cowboy. Jerry has a gruff manner sometimes, but he knows what he's talking about. The internet is not the ideal place to seek advice if you're going to take offense to something that's written in a way you don't like. Humans communicate with facial movements, tonal changes, and eye and lip movements, none of which can be conveyed with bland words on a page. If you want good advice, stick around.
