I just replaced my Hood to Cowl seal on my 3100. Looking at the assembly manual it appears to be the same only a bit longer. Classic Parts sells the rubber and it comes in one piece that has to be cut for the 3100. You could buy two seals, one for each side. They also sell the Screws and Clips, of which you’ll also need two sets.
