I remember when skirts were the "in" thing, but that was in the '50's. I don't remember ever seeing the later trucks or cars with skirts on them. Some of the rat rodders and traditionalists around here are putting them on their 40's and 50's cars and trucks and I think they look neat. Not sure about putting them on a '64 though.
