Yes the calipers have an E-Brake lever (2 inches) that swings about 1.5" to stop. I bought these from an individual on Ebay.
They will fit a 15" wheel and 16". A 14" will need some off set.
My front Discs came with my Heidt's IFS (5 lug) and will match the rear.
