While power washing my truck I uncovered one green rim (they all four looked like the rusty one beforehand). The truck is all black so in an effort to add a pop of color I'm going to paint and distress that green on the other three rims.

I'm shooting for a green to match the rims, which is almost John Deere Green, and trying to find the best way to paint the other three green, and distress them. I'll re-paint all four of them a color close to the one rim, if I need to, I just don't know where to start after they're sanded down. How have you distressed rim paint?
