Sandblasting wouldn't work in there. Unless they have a bendable nozzle (which I've never seen), and there would be no way for them to see what they're doing.
But I would have your cab sandblasted anyway if there's significant rust. It will cost some $$ but will save many hours of labor on your part to remove the rust by hand or sander.
