You might look into having the Camaro axles redrilled instead of the front disks. If the disks have webs in the way, that might be a better option.

Another thought. Look for some of the unilug wheels that will fit both 5 x 4.75 and 5 x 5. I've got a set that will fit either with a change of lug nuts (no that isn't an offer to sell them). With wheels like those, or just one of them as a spare, you might not need to redrill either end.
