Thanks Terrance for starting this thread. I too have a ‘57 3200 with too much pedal travel. I’ve bled them but got no air bubbles. Pedal goes lower than gas pedal and very spongie. Next cool day, I’m checking the push rod and rear drum shoe tightness.
