Custom 1941 Chevy truck, built and owned by my Dad, Bert Green, of Bay City, Michigan.

My Dad's friend, Gary Johnson, found this truck in Iron Mountain, Michigan, in 2009. My Dad purchased the truck, took it to his home in Bay City, MI, and began it's transformation.

He took the body off the frame, and replaced the frame with one from a 1991 Chevy S10 truck. He left the body mostly as he found it for the first couple of years and showed it as a rat rod.

Each winter he made modifications to change it up a bit, lowering it and modifying the box early on. He first painted it flat black in 2013, and followed that with chopping the top.

Over about five years, he transformed it from a rat rod into a custom truck.

The truck has earned many awards, including Best of Show and People's Choice trophies. The highlight for my Dad has been showing it at the 2019 Detroit Autorama. (In the 7th photo below, my Dad is on the left and Gary on the right)
