Both live under my tool box when not in use. I inspect before using and try to fix them when they need it. My old and heavy steel 1 1/2 ton finally gave out after 30 years. I tried fixing it but that would have required more money than it was worth and more than a replacement. I replaced it with a Harbor Freight 3 ton aluminum jack. We'll see how many years I get out of this one!! At least my back will be happier. | | |
