1. Find out what your local DMV advises.
2. What VIN does your title have?
4. Long bed or short, fleetside or step? I realize 3100 is short. Just want to be sure.
5. Your frame is stamped with the partial VIN, If that matches the Title, you are in better shape.
6. All the hood and fenders have holes. Look on the inside and try to see where they were either filled with bondo or plug welded.
