Hy Raph, your truck is a 1946 Chevrolet 2 1/2 ton truck with a wheelbase of 159 1/4 inches, it would have left the factory with a Chevrolet engine, hard to pin down whether it was a 216,224 or 235. I believe it should be a Chevrolet Maple Leaf
