Yeah, left side bed panel with the woodpecker dents along the top rail and the tailgate (dented thru the logo) are probably destined for the scrap pile. Especially the logo on the tailgate. Maybe Robert (MPandC) could restore that, but it would be way more expensive than a replacement tailgate.
