I know it would shorten the front drive shaft's travel and extend the rear. I'm not particularly worried about the rear, as there is a lot more wiggle room in the back.
1967 Chevy Suburban K20. Rockwell T221 Transfer case/SM420. Dana 44 front diff, Eaton rear diff. SBC 327 V8.
