Well, if the 292 I intended to buy was still for sale for $200 bucks, I definitely would have rebuilt that. But since it's gone, snatched up last weekend, I'm once again searching for an engine.
I'd love a turbocharged and fuel-injected 292 engine...but in a jam, the 350 is still stronger, a hundred pounds or so lighter, and much more common, thus much cheaper.
