The standard rear end ratio for 3100/3200 TF trucks without overdrive would have been a 3.90:1. If it came originally with an OD it would have a 4.11:1 ratio. If you have a 3600 series the stock ratio would be 4.57:1. In my opinion, trucks having any of the above ratio's need an overdrive of some variety to function well.
