FYI on torque plating .The reason torque plating is used is to simulate the head being bolted on.If for some reason the application has high cylinder bore distortion when the head is clamped to the block then they will torque plate hone.This assures the cylinder will be round when final honing process is completed.Your inline has a good cylinder wall thicknes so the chances of distortion are minimal.Now if you had 318 Dodge I recommend it.
