There is a pressure/flow control under the pressure outlet fitting. The fitting has to be removed to remove the housing and the control will fall out. If there is any doubt about the pressure of the new pump, install the control from the old pump. Do not return a core pump for rebuild credit until you are sure the new pump works correctly. If you want more boost, a different control can be installed. The control can be accessed with the pump on the engine by removing the pressure line and the fitting, use a magnet to extract the control.
You will need a special puller to remove the pulleys and a quality bolt and washer to press the pulley back on. Do not use power tools on the puller or bolt.
