Do you have the main bearing caps? If not, it's a boat anchor. Seized pistons are easy to deal with- - - - -drill them full of holes and pound them out in pieces- - - -they're going to have to be replaced anyway. If the block isn't freeze-cracked it's salvageable, even if the cylinders have to be sleeved.
