The S-10 looks to me like the best choice. You need to decide if the AD Engineering kit puts the body at the ride height you want, and if it does, then the money for the kit is probably a good value.
A number of guys have used the S-10 frame without a kit and it doesn't look to be real hard if you are not afraid of a little fabrication.
