I would install the firewall to fender rods and pull them up slowly, especially on the driver's side. You look to be in good shape except for the front of the driver's fender needs to come up a bit. You may have to put another shim under the radiator support on the driver's side which would bring the driver's fender up.
I haven't done this my self, but it makes sense to me. Other guys with more experience doing it should chime in soon.
