Aprons would be pretty easy to fab up, assuming a sheet metal roller and brake (and the appropriate dimensions) are available. I hauled up a 3-in-1 (roller, shear, press brake) machine for a friend last spring from the lower 48.
Running boards are another story. Since they taper from front to back, even splicing together from 2 sets would be an iffy proposition. It could be done, but I'm guessing it would be a relatively difficult project.
