| | | | Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,756 Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) | | Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,756 | All the other crankshaft dimensions on a GMC six are the same from the 228 to the 302- - - -rod and main bearing sizes, etc. I've got a 228 stashed away I can measure in the morning once it gets daylight outside in the storage shed. The 235 is 3 7/8" diameter at the seal surface.
