Painless Performance has a woven ABS sleeving you can install over any wiring, to look like cloth-insulated OE. Personally, I'll take the modern XPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation offered on most aftermarket harnesses. Much tougher than the original cloth.
If a 'truck' is only used to haul butts to the mall, then it's not a truck - it's a car with a roadster trunk.
