I am pulling the driveshaft tonight to have a new one that is the correct length built. While I have the driveshaft out I will start up the truck and run it through the gears and see if this is a vibration from the driveshaft being too short. I will also pull the flywheel cover and take a look at the throwout bearing (it is a new bearing) to make sure it is releasing and engaging properly. Hopefully I will have an update tommorrow.
