Hello to everyone at stovebolt.com. I am currently restoring a 48 Chevy 1.5 ton grain truck for for brother in law And his uncle. I have restored several mustangs lately to like new condition. The 48 was bought new by their grandfather and used only on this farm hauling corn or soybeans to town which is only a mile and half away. It has been parked in a milking barn, a dry milking barn, since 1979. It has its share of rust but it is in great condition. I have already media blasted and done the metal work on the cab and fenders. I will be bringing it back to like new, as the “customers”remembered it. I will probably have some questions along the way so you will be hearing from me. Once I figure out how to send a picture I will post a couple.
