To answer the questions:
1. Wisconsin
2. Probably going to paint it cardinal red, the door tag says 725 (if I remember correctly) and I think that was the original color
3. The front bumper was two stock bumpers welded together with the tire attached. I wasn't able to keep the bumper, but do plan to reuse the grill guard
