I’ve been searching around the ol internet looking for a company that can make new 22.5 rims for our old big bolts. The following is from a company called wheels now. The prices aren’t that great but for a brand new rim that accepts modern tubeless radials, and being one of if not the only option, I figured I’d share. The following is the email from them stating they can custom make new 22.5s in a 10x7.25 with 4.75 hub pilot and in widths of 6.75, 7.50, or 12.25 (super single).

Anthony,

I could build a dual style wheel in a 22.50 x 6.75 or 22.50 x 7.50 — steel — for the front. I could also build a 22.50 x 12.25 wheel for the rear.

Attached is a print of a 22.50 x 7.50 wheel I could build in house. Cost would be $385.00 each, plus shipping, for that particular wheel.

I have not done a super single in a 22.50 x 12.25 with a 10H on 7.25” Bolt circle pattern, yet, but I could quote you our build cost using a flat plate disk & if you’re interested in moving forward I could have my engineer make a print so I could send it to you for verification. (I have done a version of that bolt pattern in a 14” wide wheel but I’m not sure if you want to go THAT wide.)

Cost on the 22.50 x 12.25 super single would be $365.00 each, plus shipping.

Let me know how I can help from here.
