Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 56 Member | | Member Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 56 | howdee Jim... glad to see you're working on the '28... they are beautiful Chebbys.. i'm working on a '35 chevy pickup... i'll be using the disc brake adapters from ECI and i'll be choosing my other brake parts a little later on... (they have a great catalog giving quite a bit of technical advice which i found to be quite helpful).. for power steering i'll be using a Toyota 79-85 straight axle 4x4 steering box which i'll adapt to a early 90's monte carlo tilt column... i plan to retain my straight fron axle but i'll be using an S10 2wd rear axle... since your frame is similar to mine perhaps these ideas could be somewhere to start... i had to dig around a bit to come up with this... i'll be happy to help out anyway i can...
