I’m rebuilding a 1951 Chevy 3100. The motor that came in the truck is a 1960 235. I’m converting to a 12 volt system and once I put the alternator on I can tell the pulleys will not align with old water pump. (Correct me if I’m wrong).
I’m trying to order the correct water pump so that all the pulleys ( water pump, alternator and cam) align. Can any of you advise me on this? Actually can any of you be on standby 24/7 so that any time I have a question I can contact you right away?
Did I forget to tell you that this is my very first project and I’m constantly researching for answers.
