Try to Google " manual brake caliper" you'll find a lot of stuff, also try Pirate 4X4, they seem to have looked at this. Wilwood makes some they call spot calipers, I think. there are a lot of industrial application units that could work but they are pretty big. Remember that if a caliper is bolted together you can usually make it any width you want with spacers.
