Try
Offyparts They list two different Valvcovers for those Engines (also with different prices :rolleyes: )
One for Chevrolet: 1937-53 235-261 Valve Cover (1036)
and the other one for: Chevrolet: 1954-62 235-261 Valve Cover (2731)
So I think the later one is with the bolts on the rim.
Unfortunaly the have no pictures. So you have to call or drop them a line.
Please let me know if you found out the difference between those two covers. I want to buy one for my 261.
