Yes, there is a special puller for those bearings, but you can usually use a "slide hammer" puller that's available to rent or borrow with a security deposit at some local parts stores. The one you'll need will have 3 internal-expanding jaws that grip the bearing outer race from the inside. I changed a similar set of bearings on my Dodge pickup a few weeks ago by cutting a slot through the outer bearing race with a die grinder after prying the bearing rollers out.
