On the firewall, on the left side of box where cable enters,
there is a small access panel ( 1"w x 3" )
I opened that - squirt some WD40 in there - manually
repositioned lever towards rear - hoping it was 'HOT' way.
On drive in, still cold air.
I've never opened up any of this since almost always
drive it when warm out. But it looks like I will open it up this weekend.
