If you find ( 3 ) new lifters .

Do you think that will fix the damaged cam lobes ?

Sounds to me like you need to get the camshaft reground

and the lifters refaced if that's even possible .

Usually galling goes deeper than refacing can fix .

You can bet the cam lobes are damaged if the face of the lifters are galled .
