I appreciate the leads on possible parts but I have struck out. I am also scraping plans to leverage the 1947 1/2 ton rear end. Everything on the 47 is longer than the 46. Axles are longer by 3/4 " and driveshaft tube is almost 3" longer. I am returning the 47 tomorrow and will look at a 46 car rear end but I am not optimistic
