| | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 63 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 63 | I just picked up a 1991 RS Camaro to transplant the motor (305 with TBI), 700R4, and rearend into my 1952 3100. The original truck motor is long gone as well as the original suspension being totally shot. I need to make this a daily driver capable of long trips. Any suggestions on what else I should pull from the camaro to transplant such as brake booster, seats? Any pitfalls to watch out for in transplanting a modern drivetrain? Thanks for any suggestion and yes I will be putting up the original stuff up for sale/grabs when I can for those guys in need restoring their trucks. Thanks ZB3 | | |
