Hi Ron, since this is your fourth build, I am not going to tell you to loosen all the front end bolts and screws, you know your way around these trucks. What you just attested is exactly why I spent hours hammering out the dents in my original grill in lieu of a after market chrome one. I have heard stories that man has to reinvent the wheel to get those things to fit correctly. Send it back and it is alright to say the vendor for others to be buyer beware, no sense others learning the same fate. Please post a few pictures do we can see exactly what you dealt with.
