Why not remove a leaf or two from the spring? I doubt if these trucks really NEED that stiff a spring in front!

IFS typically slams the front of the truck pretty close to the ground, unless you adapt one from a truck rather than from a car.

Another thing that helps is getting an upholstery shop to improve your seat. I've sat in some original seats with some wonderful leather reupholstery work done on them that are really a lot more comfortable. The seat can go a long way to dampen those bumps.
