Perhaps you can remove the PTO input housing and see how your model of ram seals. I have included an blow-up of a military Hercules ram, it may give you an idea of how yours is assembled. Sorry for the lousy photo quality as it is a picture of a copy of a copy. Be careful with working on that unit as no parts are available any longer...don't break anything! Don't know about your dumper, but mine works fantastic.
