I have this problem sometimes (not very often), when I first start the truck, and I've never figured out what does it. It's only at start up and, like yours, if I stop, turn it off and back on, it fixes it. Other times I'll forget about it, and then 5 or 10 miles down the road, it's back to working again. I've always wondered what's going on with that.
