Works great for separating the glass blasting media but the fine dust does seem to get thru after awhile. I bought it mainly for saving the blast media so I could reuse it. Before, the vacuum filter was plugged solid after an hour. Now I can go several days before I need to clean the filter. I do have two filters, so I hose one out and have another to use while the other is drying. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Dustopp...th-2-5-in-Hose-36-in-Long-HD12/302643445
