Having lived most of my life in TN I was clueless about evaporative cooling, outside of the fact rubbing alcohol feels cold on the skin (it's the only thing that would evaporate in 78F dewpoints
) Then in AZ standing downwind of a shrub I'd misted one evening...I GOT IT!
