Then GENTLY tap on one side and the other alternately.Work(twist) it back and forth as it would in normal operation.Do not force it but be firm yet gentle.If it does not start to move ,gently tap it side to side again.It will work loose if it is not too badly rusted as some I have seen.
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
